We offer a range of home care services including Personal Hygiene Assistance, Light Housekeeping, Laundry and Bed Linen Changes, Meal Preparation, Medication Reminders, Grocery Shopping, Errands, Transportation to Medical and Personal Appointments, Post-Surgical Assistance, Physical Disability Support, Alzheimer's Dementia Care, Companion Care, and Hospital-to-Home transitional Care.


We accept  Medicaid and Long Term Care Insurance including, but not limited to Genworth, John Hancock, Met-Life, CNA, Mutual of Omaha, New York Life, and Lincoln Financial.


To start services with us, you can call us at (215) 941-5256 and we will schedule an initial assessment with one of our care coordinators.


All of our caregivers are either Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with an active Pennsylvania CNA License, Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs), Patient Care Aides, Certified PA Direct Care Workers, or Experienced Caregivers. All caregivers undergo a rigorous screening process which includes the verification of credentialing and training, state and national criminal background checks, and work references.


Yes.  Recommending the right caregiver for a particular client’s needs is the key to success. We carefully match caregivers with clients based on each client's care plan, requested schedule, location, and personal preferences to ensure the best fit for our client’s needs.  At Kelli Care Philadelphia, our clients have the final say as to who their caregiver is. 


Many seniors want to age in place, which is why home care is a popular option. Paying for these services can be challenging. This is why we use a sliding scale fee schedule based on how many hours are requested per week. The more hours requested, the lower rate we can provide. Our rates start at $23.00 per hour.


We have a 4 hour per shift / 8 hours per week minimum.


Yes. We are licensed Medicaid Providers (PA MA) for Pennsylvania Office of Long Term Living (OLTL). Our Primary Specialty is 362 - Attendant Care/Personal Assistance Service. Our Provider Eligibility Program (PEP) is the OBRA Waiver, Act 150, and Community HealthChoices Providers.
